The EV era at Lexus will begin late this year with the 2023 RZ 450e, above, which shares platforms with the Toyota bZ4X. The compact crossover trades Lexus’ usual spindle grille for a filled-in EV-suited “spindle body.” The all-wheel-drive RZ 450e will offer a maximum range of 360 kilometres, according to Lexus estimates. All-wheel drive is standard, but power output from the dual motors has not been released, nor has pricing.
