Retail new-vehicle sales dip 3% in first 16 days of October

Retail sales of passenger vehicles dropped 3 percent from a year earlier in the first 16 days of October because of the negative impact from strict government anti-pandemic measures, the China Automobile Dealers Association said Wednesday.
