Mass. dealerships appeal in Volvo labor rate suit

Two Massachusetts Volvo dealerships on Sept. 25 asked the U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals to overturn a judge's August finding that state law didn't guarantee retail labor rates for work covered by the Volvo-branded Prepaid Maintenance Plan.
