Infineon hints that more direct deals with automakers loom

Infineon's CEO hinted that the German chipmaker may seal more direct deals with automakers for silicon carbide (SiC) chips as companies scramble to secure their SiC supplies for electric vehicles ahead of an anticipated surge in demand.
