Kan. Kia dealership falsified incomes, inflated jobs and forged signatures of customers, lawyers say

Customers unaware that a Kansas Kia dealership had inflated their income on their credit applications were harmed by the scheme despite receiving the auto financing, their attorneys said — damage they were able to successfully argue to an arbitrator in a multimillion-dollar award approved this year.
