Tesla must give driver-assist demonstration with every North American sale

Tesla Inc. staff are now required to install and demonstrate the automaker’s driver-assistance technology before handing vehicles over to buyers in North America. It’s something Chief Executive Officer Elon Musk calls a “hard requirement” and says will slow deliveries.
