EV startup VinFast considers delaying $4 billion U.S. assembly plant, report says

Vietnamese electric car maker VinFast is looking at further delaying a planned $4 billion assembly plant in North Carolina, a person briefed on the matter told Reuters, as the loss-making startup struggles to gain favor with U.S. consumers.
