Fisker files for U.S. bankruptcy after cash burn, quality issues with Ocean crossover

Electric vehicle startup Fisker filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection late on June 17 after months of quality issues with its Ocean crossover, a failed attempt to partner with a major automaker and hundreds of millions of dollars in losses.
