Owners of Quebec lithium mine to merge in all-stock deal

The owners of Quebec mining operation North American Lithium have agreed to an all-stock merger, a move that will consolidate control of Canada’s only operational hard-rock lithium mine and open up expansion opportunities at the site, the companies said.
