In our opinion: Carlos Tavares’ fall shows limits of brilliance

Carlos Tavares walked away from being CEO of Stellantis on Dec. 1, officially of his own accord, but reportedly because of an increasingly insurmountable rift that had developed between Stellantis’ board and the man who had been widely respected as one of the most brilliant auto executives of his generation.
