Waymo goes global: Tokyo trials for self-driving vehicles set for early 2025

Waymo’s self-driving vehicles will debut in Tokyo in early 2025, marking its first international expansion. The company, a subsidiary of Google parent Alphabet, has not specified when robotaxis might become available for public use.
