Live updates on tariffs: Volvo adjusts U.S. product plan

President Donald Trump implemented a 25 percent tariff on vehicles built outside the U.S. starting April 3, with some auto parts such as engines, transmissions, and powertrain and electrical components also subject to a tariff no later than May 3. On April 2, he announced reciprocal tariffs of at least 10 percent on U.S. trading partners. On April 9, he paused most of them for 90 days.
